When will my order be shipped?

Orders received before 2 PM AEST Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after the 2PM cut off will be sent off the next business day.

Are Femera Studios products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! All of our products are 100% vegan, cruelty free and Australian made.

How long after applying the Ultra Dark Mousse should I shower?

The longer you leave our Ultra Dark Violet Mousse on, the darker it will develop. 1 hour for light, 2 hours for medium and 3+ hours for your darkest and deepest tanning result.

How long will it take for someone to reply to my email?

We will always aim to respond to emails within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends or public holidays.

How can I sign up to the mailing list?

When should I apply self-tanner in my routine?

To achieve your best and longest lasting glow, we recommend to use our 2 in 1 Tan Remover and Primer with our Exfoliating Mitt to remove dead skin cells and prime your skin. Wait 24-48 hours, then apply your self-tanner!

How should I prep my skin before applying self-tan?

Preparing your skin involves exfoliating to remove dead skin cells as well as your preferable hair removal process such as waxing or shaving, 24-48 hours beforehand. When you are ready to tan, we recommend to have a cold shower to avoid opening your pores using water only so no residue of soap is left on the skin. Try to avoid oil-based products, deodorants and perfumes before self-tanning, as they can create a barrier and affect the tan's absorption.

How can I maintain my self-tan?

To prolong your self-tan, moisturise daily with a fragrance-free hydrating lotion free of Sulphates/EDTA/Parabens and oil. Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders received before 2 pm (AEST) are dispatched the same day. Please note, if orders are placed after 2PM, they will be sent out the next business day. All orders are fully traceable, and a tracking
notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. 

*Dispatch and Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may
experience slightly longer delivery times and delays during peak periods including the Holiday Season, as well as due to adverse weather, or other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Femera Studios reasonable control. 


If you're not completely satisfied with any of Femera Studios products, you can return them for a refund or store credit. We'll only accept returns for store credit or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened or damaged products cannot be refunded.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
